Scanners:
There is various types of scanners, such as flatbed scanners, business card scanners, scanners with document feeders, and portable scanners.
Flatbed scanners
They do the job of scanning bigger images. They usually are a lot bigger but have a printer attached onto it; this is for things with a big image or even A3 sized papers and legal documents. With the closer you put the image to the paten glass, the better the resolution will be for the image to be used for inserting pictures into your website.
Business card scanners
Business cards are useful in numerous ways for people to get in contact with your person. If you scan your business card into a picture document then put it on your website, people can freely print off your card incase they need to contact you. It also makes your website look just that bit more professional. This scanner concentrates on smaller items to scan hint with the name "business card scanner."
scanners with document feeders
If you are a professional website with a company, then you might get faxed pieces of work that has been typed up. For which could be needed to be put on your website, so with this scanner you can feed the document to the scanner which will create and image file of which then you can apply to the website of yours. The resolution average is 300 dpi which is a basic resolution so it will collect a average image quality.
Portable scanners
Portable scanners are useful for whilst you are on the move which saves the image you have scanned to an internal/external hard drive to later take off the data and move it onto your computer. The resolution is not as strong due to it being smaller and moveable without a stable power bank and the chance of movement. But never the less, a useful tool for any publishment.
Digital Cameras:
There is numerous types of cameras such as DSLR, SLR, Bridge, compact digitals, compact system digital.
DSLR
DSLR stands for digital single lens reflex, they have a high megapixel count on average. This means it has a higher resolution. A megapixel is one million pixels per inch. A camera i was looking at for research is giving me a baseline for what i was looking for.

Bridge
Bridge cameras are a compact, more affordable versions of a DSLR camera. There is two differences between DSLR and bridge cameras, these are things such as; the bridge camera has smaller sensors (or mirrorless camera) so the quality for pictures will not be as good in a bridge camera. Then the other downfall of a bridge camera is the lens is not removable. This is a problem because it really does limit what you can do with a bridge camera, you will have to buy adapters and lenses which do not fit on correctly. Treatment
Treatment:
Genre: Drama
My script will be about
abandonment issues. It starts off as a child (girl) being born in a hospital
based in the modern day. From a family who are alcoholics and drug abusers, the
parents have no money for clothes, the correct food etc. But at the same time
in a different part of the country there is a child (boy) born with a family
with a lot of money.
The thing is even if you are
from a wealthy background negligence can still happen, like this boys parents
are always working, leave him at all the school clubs and picking him up from
babysitters at night. It starts from the beginning until the end.
Characters:
Girl: The girl is known as
Jodie. She is a shy and timid person throughout her life. She is a short,
Brunette girl.
Boy: The boy is known as Freddie.
He is outgoing but very naïve and obnoxious, he is a tall blonde boy.
Target Audience:
I think it would be suitable
for teenagers towards adults (14-40) because it would be unsuitable for a
younger audience due to the graphic images.

Greyscale:
Greyscale is the value of each pixel in a single sample. It is where you choose the integrity between white and black in each pixel with grey being the central shade.
RGB:
An RGB colour space is any
colour made between the three primary colours red, yellow, and blue. It is the
triangle defined by those three primary colours.
YUV:
Luminance and chrominance
(luminance being light and chrominance being colour) is the difference between
brightness and colour. It started off as a encoded format which was often in
digital video to give colours rather than just black and white.
Hue, saturation and value are
all different colour formats. Hsv itself is a colour model which describes
colours. (Hue)
